Paul Duffy, Director, Portal Executive

Paul commenced his career in Perth in 1988 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at UWA. In 1994 Paul entered the recruitment industry when he joined an international executive recruitment firm in Melbourne.

Over the last 12 years Paul has enjoyed a successful career in executive recruitment in Melbourne and Perth. He has established successful businesses in finance and IT recruitment, mentored and developed outstanding recruitment consultants, and enjoyed long term business relationships with executives and companies around Australia. Key to his philosphy has been a belief in people, and a desire to help others unlock their full potential.

In May 2006 Paul identified the opportunity to establish a new boutique executive recruitment and consulting firm in Perth – and Portal Executive was born.
